If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the order process.
If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment.
Are you new to PayPal? Then you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
We will usually receive your payment within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.
Please note that you are agreeing to PayPal's terms and conditions and thus accepting PayPal's processes.
Refund after a return
If you return an item, the amount will be automatically credited to your PayPal account.
You can decide for yourself whether the amount is deposited in your PayPal account or credited back to your bank account.
If you have closed your PayPal account, we reserve the right to refund to your bank details. Unfortunately, another PayPal account cannot be used.
Refund after cancelation
We will refund the amount of the canceled items to your Paypal account.
Payment by invoice
When purchasing on account, the outstanding amount is due within 14 days of the shipping confirmation. To keep you informed, we will send you a short reminder by e-mail within this payment period.
Our standard payment terms of 14 days net apply to purchases on account.
Prepayment
Your order will be packed and dispatched as soon as we have received your payment. Depending on the bank, it may take 3-5 working days for us to receive your payment. Please note that this also applies to real-time bank transfers.
The items will remain reserved for you until we receive your payment (maximum 7 days).
